Return Policy

OUR POLICY LASTS 15 CALENDAR DAYS. SHOULD YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AND OBTAIN A REFUND FOR YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER DELIVERY HAS TAKEN PLACE, YOU WILL BE OBLIGED TO COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO DALA.

DALA WILL HAPPILY CREDIT YOU FOR THE COST OF THE PRODUCT (EXCLUDING THE COST OF SHIPPING).

IF 15 CALENDAR DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR RECEIPT OF DELIVERY, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE.

Eligibility for Return

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, IN ANY CASE, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO ENSURE THE ITEM IS PROTECTED DURING COURIER TRANSIT.

IF YOU HAVE DISCARDED THE PACKAGING IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPACKAGE THE ITEMS IN PACKAGING THAT IS THE SAME AS WHAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU IN. DAMAGES THAT OCCUR AS A RESULT OF ABSENT OR INSUFFICIENT PACKAGING PROTECTION WILL CARRY ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR AT OUR DISCRETION.

Non-returnable Items

WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED IN SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU OR IN BULK OR MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU AS IN 'MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS, THIS INCLUDES THE CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS. SUPPLIERS AND FACTORIES DO NOT ACCEPT THESE RETURNS.

WE ALSO CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN TRANSPORTED BY YOU FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY ADDRESS FROM WHERE WE DELIVERED TO IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

Return and Refund Process

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND. IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE.

Guarantee Conditions

WE WILL ONLY BE LIABLE TO HONOUR A GUARANTEE IF:

- The defect existed at the time of delivery and/or manifested during the warranty period;

- The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or abuse by the customer.

Refund Timeline

REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AT MONTH-END AND WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS TO REFLECT BETWEEN DIFFERENT BANKS.

ONLY REGULAR-PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED, UNFORTUNATELY, SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

Delivery and Inspection

PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS UPON DELIVERY. IF ITEMS ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. RATHER TAKE PHOTOS AND SEND THEM STRAIGHT BACK WITH THE COURIER DRIVER. PLEASE EMAIL THE PHOTOS TO SHOP@ESQUE.CO.ZA AND AFTER INVESTIGATIONS WE WILL GET RIGHT ONTO YOUR REPLACEMENT UNIT. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO INSPECT THE ITEMS UPON DELIVERY THEN SIGN THE POD DOCUMENT WITH "UNCHECKED". YOU HAVE 12 HOURS TO NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGES. IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY DUE TO WHATEVER REASON - WE CANNOT BE HELD RELIABLE AFTER DELIVERY HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE POD HAS BEEN SIGNED.

Order Cancellation

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE 12 HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AT NO CHARGE. THEREAFTER, THERE IS A 10% ADMIN FEE AS TRANSACTIONAL CHARGES ARE INCURRED AND FACTORY DISPATCH AND COURIER CHARGES HAVE BEEN PROCESSED.
